Return Policy:

  • Hygiene and Safety: For reasons of hygiene, once our products are delivered, they cannot be returned. However, if you experience any issues like damaged packaging or products affected during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement. Each case will be evaluated individually.
  • Opened Products: Once a product has been opened, it cannot be resealed or resold due to hygiene standards. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. In exceptional cases, we may provide store credits for products that remain unopened and unused.
  • Reporting Damage or Shortages: If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please report the issue on the same day of delivery. To help us process your claim, kindly send an unboxing video to our customer support at customercare@poshanfoods.co.in or contact us at +91 9510464724. The video is essential for us to proceed with any claims related to damage or missing items.

Processing Time:

 

Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the day you submit your claim for processing. Any store credits will be issued once your case has been thoroughly reviewed.

Cancellation Before Shipment

 

If you wish to cancel your order or any items that have not yet been shipped, please get in touch with our customer support team at customercare@poshanfoods.co.in or contact us at +91 9510464724 (available Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM). Please note that our team is off on Sundays.

Once your cancellation request is processed, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation After Shipment Dispatch

 

If your order has already been dispatched or is returned during delivery, we will assess eligibility for a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Once the returned products arrive at our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, we will process the refund, deducting the shipping charges incurred during return transit.

      Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

  • Poshgrains offers refunds or replacements only under specific circumstances. To qualify, you must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with an unboxing video.

       Eligibility Criteria:

  • The product has spoiled due to its natural characteristics (this is rare).
  • The product is damaged during transit (while damage in transit is unusual, it can happen as our packaging is designed to protect against common shipping conditions).
  • Unboxing video is required for any claims related to damage or missing items during shipping.

          Steps to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order via customercare@poshanfoods.co.in or contact us at +91 9510464724
  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order information, the reason for the refund/replacement request, and a video showing any damage or issues with the product. Don’t forget to attach the invoice for reference.
  3. Review and Resolution: Our team will review your request and respond with a solution within 24-48 hours.
  4. Return Process: If a product pickup is required, you’ll be asked to arrange for the return. Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the item meets our eligibility criteria.


        Stock Availability for Replacements:

        If a replacement is requested, it will depend on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

        Refunds:

        We will issue a refund only for the damaged or spoiled items, not the entire order.
        For example, if you ordered a set of 4 cookie boxes and one box is damaged,
        we will only refund or replace the damaged box, not all 4 boxes.

       Items Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Replacement:

      Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse.
  • The serial number has been altered or tampered with.
  • The product seals are broken, it has been used, or it has been opened.

          The return request is made more than 48 hours after the order is delivered.
