Heat ghee/oil in a pan, Roast mustard seeds, chana dal, or peanuts for 1-2 minutes. Add onion and veggies, sauté for 1 minute. Pour 4.5 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup of UPMA MIX, salt, and pepper. Stir well, Cover and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  Tip: Millets are high-fiber superfoods and may take slightly longer to cook than regular Rava/Sooji Upma.
