Tako 200gm Chilla Mix + 250ml Of Water+ 1/4th Cup Curd To Form A Smooth Botter. Add Salt, Cumin Powder And Turmeric To Taste And Keep Aside For 15-20 Minutes. Grease The Pan And Heat It On Medium Flame. Sprinkle Some Water And Wipe With A Cloth. Pour Big Spoon Batter And Spread Evenly In A Circular Motion Add Oil To The Edges And Centre. Roast Until Crisp. Serve With Chutney Or Sambhar.
  Tip: Add vegetables Sabji or potatoes sabji to enhance the flavour.
