INGREDIENTS:
Multigrain Gluten-Free Atta
Chopped onions
Chopped capsicum
Chopped bell peppers
For added protein, use paneer or Tofu/ soya chunks
High Protein Dip
Salt to taste
Black Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Mixed Herbs (optional)
2 Tbsp oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Knead the multigrain dough as per the instructions given on the pack.
- Add Oil in a pan and add chopped onions, capsicum and bell peppers. Add salt, pepper, and paneer.
- Saute for 2-3 minutes and keep aside to cool down.
- Roll the dough into a thin roti for the base, or you can use the leftover Multigrain Roti.
- Apply high protein dip, add the sauted vegetables. Sprinkle with chilli Flakes and Mixed Herbs.
- Fold the Roti to make the Wrap or Tortilla and Shallow fry and enjoy.
