HIGH-PROTEIN MULTIGRAIN WRAP/TORTILLA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
Multigrain Gluten-Free Atta
Chopped onions
Chopped capsicum
Chopped bell peppers
For added protein, use paneer or Tofu/ soya chunks
High Protein Dip
Salt to taste
Black Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Mixed Herbs (optional)
2 Tbsp oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Knead the multigrain dough as per the instructions given on the pack.
  2. Add Oil in a pan and add chopped onions, capsicum and bell peppers. Add salt, pepper, and paneer.
  3. Saute for 2-3 minutes and keep aside to cool down.
  4. Roll the dough into a thin roti for the base, or you can use the leftover Multigrain Roti.
  5. Apply high protein dip, add the sauted vegetables. Sprinkle with chilli Flakes and Mixed Herbs.
  6. Fold the Roti to make the Wrap or Tortilla and Shallow fry and enjoy.
