Tip: For making Dosa’s and Uttapam, add 2 tbsp of rice flour (optional) to make the dosa crispy.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add water to the batter to adjust to the dosa consistency.
- Heat the pan , sprinkle oil and wipe with a tissue or cloth.
- Cook the dosas on a hot griddle, spreading the batter thinly and drizzling oil for crispiness.
- Cook untill one side is golden brown , then flip the dosa.
- Add Schezwan Chutney / sambhar Masala and add vegetables of your choice/mashed potato for masala Dosa and cook again for 1-2 min.
- Fold it And Serve with coconut chutney, sambar, or other accompaniments.
- Enjoy this classic South Indian delicacy!
For Uttapam, Keep the batter thick to achieve the desired consistency.
For Extra Protein, add shredded paneer or tofu.
High Protein Dip for Chilla’s:
Boiled Rajma/ Boiled White Chana
Hung Curd
Water
Salt and Pepper
Cumin powder
Mixed Herbs(optional)
1 tbsp oil
Ice( 2-3 pcs)
